Shipping policy

Shipping Information to take note when purchasing from Arena Water Instinct Official New Zealand Online Store.

We only ship from this website to New Zealand Addresses. We have a flat shipping rate of $10 for orders under $250.

Any order over $250 will receive FREE shipping.

However, we Ship to the Pacific Islands and ask you to send us an enquiry before placing your order so we can quote shipping. 

We also allow free Pick-ups from our Warehouse Outlet Store, which you can find at 
23A Dragon Street, Grenada North, Wellington.

Once we receive your order, we will arrange for it to be dispatched immediately. We will endeavour to deliver your order anywhere in NZ within 4 working days. This is excluding custom printed teamwear which is expected to be printed within 12 working days.

We do our best to ensure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock. In the unlikely event that an item you have ordered isn't available or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you to arrange to either place your item(s) on backorder, offer an alternative product or offer you a full refund.
